Dave, In VSCDA (and most vintage Vee) we must run 24" dia. rear tires (equivalent to a tall tire)...so we always run a short box, regardless of the track. 1:22 3rd gear if you're a fast driver (requires smooth, fast cornering)...1:26 3rd gear if you're a regular driver (to pull you out of the c...

You're referring to the ProVee series from the early/mid-80's, I'm assuming? I actually have one of the original series decals. It was on the first vee I bought and Butch told me remove carefully as it might be worth something someday. I was thinking $10k... so I can afford to get back on the track ...
