When was the last time air-cooled FSVs were in the SCCA rule book?
They were in FC class. Was it 2001 when the rule changed to remove them?
What was the weight with driver?

I have a 1999 rule book. FSV was still listed in FC at that time and the weight was 1062 with driver. BTW if you know somebody who is looking for an air-cooled FSV have them look at http://www.ski-motorsports.com under cars for sale.

I found the January 2006 Fast Track online that list the new FC rules. FSVs are stricken from FC effective October 1, 2005
