Tubes or tubeless?
My set of rain tires has tubes in them but my slicks do not. Do you need them or just an extra weight? I know it depends on whether your wheels can seal well but if they don't, do you add tubes or find new wheels?

Re: Tubes or tubeless?
Nobody would put tubes in unless they were needed (leaky side walls).
"Proper" people would throw the tires away and buy new ones. Some tire guys would refuse to even mount tires with tubes. People on a budget have used rain tires with tubes very successfully. I have seen rain Nationals won with tubed rain tires (usually old nobby Goodyears).
Go for it!
